Special Announcements – Go Grease

o   Please be in the checked in with the gate person before the tractor stops. You need to be in the holding pens before the gate shuts.

o   3 call rule will be enforced, please be ready to go when it is your turn.

o   Forward motion must be maintained once you leave the alleyway, no circling in the arena.

o   Expos need to be kept under 60 seconds. ANY expos that go over 60 seconds - you will forfeit (1) expo if you have purchased multiple expos or you will owe $6 for expos that go 1 to 60 seconds over your allotted time. If you go 61-120 seconds over your allotted time you will owe a $50 fine. You will not be allowed to compete until your overages/fines are paid.

o   Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles/anything with motorized wheels - you MUST have a valid driver's license to operate these during the event or be 16 or older. ANYTHING that can be ridden with wheels will NOT be allowed in the horse areas including: barns, stall area, holding pens, and warm up arena. Do not leave these items piled up by the doors leading into the arena. Please review website rules on motorized wheel usage. Repeated violations will result in a fine.

o   Dress code: Full dress code – long sleeve shirt, jeans, cowboy hat or helmet, western shoes. ICRP shirts are available for purchase at the office. Ball caps and visors are not allowed at this event.

o   Saturday – T Bird/Pink Lady Side Pot – dress up for your chance at the added money for the costume side pot and your chance to win the best dress Danny and Sandy contest Saturday night,

o   Don’t forget to get entered up in the Rydell High Stakes $2000 added Saturday, as well as the $500 Burnin’ Quarter Miles (Plug Race)

o   Join Us Saturday after the race for some Grease Lightning Fun! Best Dressed Cash Danny & Sandy Awards, Snacks, Bingo, Photo Ops, Screening of “Grease”

o   Please be sure to check your side pots at the office if you are unsure. They CANNOT be added on after you have made your runs. We are not responsible for entries contestant add that are entered incorrectly.

o   This weekend is an IBRA Super Show, as well as a Fair Shake Incentive! Come see us at the office to get signed up to be eligible for state and national awards, as well as to be eligible for our Missouri members’ only year-end side pot.

o   Checks will be available for pick up on Sunday only at the show’s conclusion – peewees will be paid out daily in cash. Any checks not picked up will be mailed within two weeks of the show’s conclusion. All winnings must have a W9 on file to pick up or be mailed, including peewees.

o   All awards will be available for pick up at the conclusion of the weekend. Make sure to pick up any awards won, they will not be shipped. You may have someone pick them up for you.
