Pre-entries close: December 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Late entries re-open: December 10th, at 12 PM
Late entries are accepted on-site, cash & cards only!
Refunds will be given no questions asked until 12/8/24 at 11:59 AM. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.

Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office. Text and PMs are not accepted! - NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.
Dress Code:
No Dress Code! Wings & Waffle attire is encouraged!
Times from Saturday & Sunday will be added together to determine average

Special Announcements – Wings & Waffles
o Dress Code – No dress code for the weekend!
o Saturday night Jump race – must be a horse you do not normally jockey or own. 5D 1 second splits.
o Saturday Wing competition - Competition starts on Saturday!
o Judging will be between 12PM- 2PM. Enter at the office. $25 entry fee per person/team.
How to vote:
Each Wing Slinger will have a container on their table - place $1 per wing to vote. 50% of entry fee money, and votes will go toward the winner, and 50% will go to the Jump Race.
o Join us Saturday morning for DIY waffles and Madrinas coffee at the office!
