5th Annual Breakout & Slot Race Plus KK Run for Vegas Qualifier
Draw outs - no questions asked - for a refund of 80% on entries - Deadline 3/9/2026 at 11:59 PM.
ALL REQUESTS - RV/Stall/Entries - MUST be emailed to indiancreekracingproductions@gmail.com. Text/comments/PMs etc. will not be honored.
70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 12:00 PM CST on the day before competition starts for each event. (Typically Thursday)
No refunds will be given on stalls and RVs. Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. ALL Changes must be made at the office. NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. Cash or card for late entries if entering on site.
5D Open Average Side Pot - $41
Times from Saturday & Sunday will be added together to determine average.
1 second splits 5D - $21 EF.
Ace High Custom Silver Buckles to Average D Champions (Style may vary).
Slot Race Calcutta Silent Auction
Each rider & horse will have a sheet to make bids on at the office. Bids will be in $50 increments. Bids open Saturday at 8am and close at 4:30pm. Payment arrangements need to be made starting at 5pm. Rider spots are limited to 25 entries.
2D Slot Race - $1500 added

Slot race times will carry to the open.
2D 1/2 second split.
$200 to the slot, $60 to the open - 90% PB

KK Run for Vegas/Junior NFR Barrel Race & Pole Bending Qualifier
Poles run on Saturday, March 14th (not before 9:30am) & Barrels will run on Saturday, March 14th (not before 12:30pm).

Entries for the pole and barrel KK will be made at on Saddlebook.
Pre-entry closes TBA. All KKRFV Barrel entries include the REQUIRED host producer’s open carry over fees. All KKRFV events are dress code.
Entries for SGP - KK contestants will enter as following:
Poles- Enter the Poles - Open Sat. You will be credited the Open entry fee to your account since it will have already been paid through Saddlebook.
If you want to add any side pots to your entry, you will add it onto the Saturday entry on SGP.
Barrels - Enter the Open Saturday 5D. You will be credited the Open entry fee to your account since it will have already been paid through Saddlebook.

*****Any hats lost during the KK competition come with a $20 fine that will be donated to St. Jude’s at the races’ conclusion*****
Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles, Bikes, Golf Carts, Crickets
(Anything with Motorized Wheels)
Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles/anything with motorized wheels - you MUST have a valid driver's license to operate these during the event or be 16 or older. ANYTHING that can be ridden with wheels will NOT be allowed in the horse areas including but not limited to: barns, vendor areas, warm up pens, alleyways, and the passageways areas between the barns and the alleyway while the show is in progress. Any unattended motorized vehicles left by passageways, by doors, high foot traffic areas, in horse areas, or left unattended by the arena will be confiscated by the office and if the 1st verbal warning is ignored, any further violations will result in a $75 fine.

2nd Violation and any subsequent violations - $75

Dress Code:
Hat or helmet, long pants, long sleeve shirt, boots or western shoes. You may wear any ICRP shirt in place of dress code Full dress code is required for the Slot Race. Limited numbers of shirts will be available for purchase at the show!
