2026 Barrel Racing Season
Sponsors are responsible for providing high-quality graphics for the website and embroidery work. Sponsors must provide their advertising write-ups for show announcement.
Sponsorship levels can be combined and customized to meet the needs of our sponsors. We also offer “upgrades” – should you sponsor one thing and decide to sponsor again later in the year, you can upgrade for the difference to the next package.
We will distribute material, goodies, and/or literature with our welcome bags if provided by the sponsor. Our Events are advertised across the internet on Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram, barrel racing event sites, websites, event flyers, and most importantly, word of mouth! We would love the opportunity to promote your business and put you in touch with our contestants.
Any graphic for Facebook must be provided by the sponsor. Ads must be ready to use by the deadline provided by the event producer to the used for the program for each event.
