Winter Jackpots
Draw outs - no questions asked - for a refund of 80% on entries - Thursday 11:59pm before the race.
ALL REQUESTS - RV/Stall/Entries - MUST be emailed to indiancreekracingproductions@gmail.com Text/comments/PMs etc. will not be honored.
70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 12:00 PM CST on the day before competition starts for each event.
No refunds will be given on stalls and RVs. Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. ALL Changes must be made at the office. NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. Cash or card for late entries if entering on site.
Late Entries Reopen: As soon as draws are posted, no later the 5PM Friday.

Dress Code
No Dress Code for January/February Shows!
January Specialty Class - Adult lead line 5D - 1 second splits - rider must be over 18 and lead through the pattern.
February Specialty Class - Lover Leap 5D - 1 second split - rider must not be a “barrel racer” - significant other must ride a horse they do not jockey.
Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles, Bikes, Golf Carts, Crickets
(Anything with Motorized Wheels)
Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles/anything with motorized wheels - you MUST have a valid driver's license to operate these during the event or be 16 or older. ANYTHING that can be ridden with wheels will NOT be allowed in the horse areas including but not limited to: barns, vendor areas, warm up pens, alleyways, and the passageways areas between the barns and the alleyway while the show is in progress. Any unattended motorized vehicles left by passageways, by doors, high foot traffic areas, in horse areas, or left unattended by the arena will be confiscated by the office and if the 1st verbal warning is ignored, any further violations will result in a $75 fine.
1st Warning - Verbal Warning
2nd Violation and any subsequent violations - $75
