2nd Annual Butter Cup Futurity @ Gordyville USA
Draw outs - no questions asked - for a refund of 80% on entries - Deadline 3/23/2026 at 11:59 PM.
ALL REQUESTS - RV/Stall/Entries - MUST be emailed to indiancreekracingproductions@gmail.com. Text/comments/PMs etc. will not be honored.
70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 12:00 PM CST on the day before competition starts for each event. (Typically Thursday)
No refunds will be given on stalls and RVs. Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. ALL Changes must be made at the office. NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. Cash or card for late entries if entering on site.
Please note- there are no bleachers at Gordyville. Please bring chairs for viewing arena side.

Early Arrivals - You may come in after 12pm on Thursday. The Thursday stalls need to be added to your SGP accounts (located under extra fees) and paid.
Shavings are on-site and can be bought from Gordyville.

Peewee 100% PB/Open 5D 80%/ All other classes 75% PB/Futurity/Derby/High Stakes 90% PB/$1 to SGP/$1 open to BRF/$2 poles to NPBA/$2 to IBRA/$2 flags to NFRA/$2 Get Twisted.
All 3D classes 1 second splits/Peewee 3D 2 second splits/5D classes 1/2 splits/Futurity/Derby 2D 1 second splits.
Barrel/Futurity Averages are based on Sat/Sun times. Saturday & Sunday times will be added together to determine the aggregate average.
Example:
Saturday Time 15.100 - Sunday Time 15.234
Average aggregate time: 30.334
Futurity Age horses: 5 and under and have not competed prior to November 15, 2025. Must check in with papers at the office. Derby horses 7 and under as of January 1st, 2026.
Youth Average: Fastest time will have 2 seconds added between divisions since classes are 1 second splits.
Open Average: Fastest time will have 1 second added between divisions since class is a 1/2 second split.
Futurity Average: Sat/Sun Time will be added together to create the average time. Payout will be straight pay on top times, determined by the number of entries.
Must have a W9 on file to collect winnings, peewees included.
50% of EF each day to day pay, 50% to the average. EF includes 1st & 2nd go, plus the average. Carry over to the open is optional.
Percentage Break down per day for Futurity ONLY (does not include open EF):
—$302 (two-day EF)/2 = $151 (per day EF)
$1 to SGP
10% - $15 - ICRP
50% (after producer fees) - $67 - Day Payout
50% (after producer fees) - $68 - Average Payout

Must enter the averages to be eligible for the awards. Awards must be picked up. We will not ship. Must have a stand-in if you are not in attendance.
**All aged classes are side pots**
No tie-outs or pens allowed. Overnight horses must be stalled.
Full dress code or any ICRP apparel is required for the weekend, no ballcaps.
Awards: Youth and Open Average Champions. Futurity Average Top 5 (minimum)

➡️ Check-in is Friday 12pm - 6pm near the warmup arena
➡️ Rider MUST be declared at Horse Check In.
➡️ All Futurity & Derby horses MUST be checked in w/COPY OF PAPERS
➡️ Futurity & Derby horses will be marked at check‐in (no exceptions)
🌼 Futurity Horses - Defined as 5 and under that have not competed prior to November 15th of the year prior to its competition year.
🌼 Derby Horse - Defined as a horse 7 & under (no longer futurity age). A horse can have more than 1 derby year depending on the age it started its competitive career.
🌼 Horse/Rider Changes NOT allowed after a horse has been checked in and rider declared for the Futurity
🌼 Futurity entries close at 6PM on Friday. We will not accept any more Futurity entries after this time.
🌼 Your horse will be numbered with their pre-draw number in a random draw for round #1. Pre-draw will be posted no later than 3/23/2025. Late entries for the futurity will be drawn by 7pm on 4/3/26. Futurity riders will run in reverse order for round #2.
Dress Code:
Hat or helmet, long pants, long sleeve shirt, boots or western shoes full dress code is required for this show for all classes. Limited numbers of shirts will be available for purchase at the show!

KK Run for Vegas/Junior NFR Barrel Race & Pole Bending Qualifier
SGP - Barrel & Poles Entries to choose for KK participants
Barrels will run on Saturday, April 4th (not before 12:00pm) and poles on Saturday, April 4th (not before 5:00pm)

Pre-entry closes TBA. All KKRFV Barrel entries include the REQUIRED host producer’s open carry over fees.
All KKRFV events are dress code.
Entries for SGP - KK contestants will enter as following:
Barrels - Enter the Open Saturday 5D. You will be credited the Open entry fee to your account since it will have already been paid through Saddlebook. If you want to add any side pots to your entry, you will add it onto the Saturday entry on SGP.
Poles- Enter the Poles - Open Sat. You will be credited the Open entry fee to your account since it will have already been paid through Saddlebook. If you want to add any side pots to your entry, you will add it onto the Saturday entry on SGP.
