Draw outs - no questions asked - for a refund of 80% on entries - Deadline 7/13/2026 at 11:59 PM.
ALL REQUESTS - RV/Stall/Entries - MUST be emailed to indiancreekracingproductions@gmail.com. Text/comments/PMs etc. will not be honored.
70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 12:00 PM CST on the day before competition starts for each event. (Typically Thursday)
No refunds will be given on stalls and RVs. Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. ALL Changes must be made at the office. NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. Cash or card for late entries if entering on site.
5D Open Average Buckle Side Pot
Times from Saturday & Sunday will be added together to determine average.
1 second splits 5D - $21 EF.
Ace High Custom Silver Buckles to Average D Champions (Style may vary).
2026 Southern Draw Saddle Series
Saddles awarded to the Open 5D based off points for all four shows.
Must attend two of the three shows (March, May, July) to be eligible for the members only side pots - $10,000 Added over Sat/Sun - 100% PB at the August finals.

$100 single membership
$200 family membership

Motorized Vehicles (Segways, Scooters, Motorcycles, Bikes, Golf Carts, Crickets, etc.)
Anyone operating a motorized-wheel device must have a valid driver’s license or be at least 16 years old.
No motorized or rideable wheeled equipment is allowed in any horse area. This includes, but is not limited to:
Barns
Vendor areas
Warm-up pens
Alleyways
Passageways between barns and the alleyway
These restrictions apply throughout the show, beginning with the first event on opening day and ending when the last horse runs on the final day.
Any motorized vehicle left unattended in a restricted area—such as passageways, doorways, high-traffic zones, horse areas, or near the arena—will be confiscated by the office. After the first verbal warning, any additional violations will result in a $75 fine.
Penalties:
1st Violation: Verbal Warning
2nd & Subsequent Violations: $75 Fine

Dress Code:
Hat or helmet, long pants, long sleeve shirt, boots or western shoes. You may wear any ICRP shirt in place of dress code. Limited numbers of shirts will be available for purchase at the show!
