Draw outs - no questions asked - for a refund of 80% on entries - Deadline 10/19/2026 at 11:59 PM.
ALL REQUESTS - RV/Stall/Entries - MUST be emailed to indiancreekracingproductions@gmail.com. Text/comments/PMs etc. will not be honored.
70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor’s release ONLY up until 12:00 PM CST on the day before competition starts for each event. (Thursday)
No refunds will be given on stalls and RVs. Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. ALL Changes must be made at the office. NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. Cash or card for late entries if entering on site.

Full Dress required. Hat or helmet, Long sleeve shirt, long pants, boots or western shoes or any ICRP shirt.
Times from Saturday & Sunday will be added together to determine average

Greatest Hits - Ground Rules

o Dress Code – Full dress code for the weekend or any ICRP shirt. (Hat or helmet, long sleeve shirt, jeans, and western footwear.)
o You must be checked in and in the holding pen before the tractors turn off. Please check in with the gate person and be ready for your run.
o Please be in the checked in with the gate before the tractor stops.
o Only 5 horses are allowed in the holding pen at a time.
o 3 call rule will be enforced, please be ready to go when it is your turn.
o Forward motion must be maintained once you leave the alleyway, no circling in the arena.
o Please make sure to have your coggins and health papers on hand, you will be checked at the gate upon arrival.
o Expos need to be kept under 60 seconds. ANY expos that go over 60 seconds - you will forfeit (1) expo if you have purchased multiple expos or you will owe $6 for expos that go 1 to 60 seconds over your allotted time. If you go 61-120 seconds over your allotted time you will owe a $50 fine. You will not be allowed to compete until your overages/fines are paid.
o Segways/Scooters/Motorcycles/anything with motorized wheels – cannot be ridden inside the performance arena.
o Dress code: hat or helmet, long sleeve shirt, jeans, and western footwear. Dress code is waived if you wear any ICRP apparel.
o Under no circumstances should any contestants enter the announcer’s booth. All questions, changes, award redemptions, and other show business will be handled at the office.
o Please be sure to check your side pots at the office if you are unsure. They CANNOT be added on after you have made your runs. We are not responsible for entries made by contestants incorrectly.
o You must opt into the average to be eligible for awards. There is a separate payout and awards for the average.
o This weekends is an IBRA Super Show! Come see us at the office to get signed up to be eligible for state and national awards, as well as to be eligible for our member’s only yearend side pot.
o Checks will be available for pick up on Sunday only at the shows
Conclusion – peewees will be paid out daily in cash. Any checks not picked up will be mailed within two weeks of the shows conclusion. All winnings must have a W9 on file to pick up or be mailed, including peewees.
o Average buckles will be available for pick after the show conclusion.
o Make sure to pick up any awards won this weekend, they will not be shipped. You may have someone pick them up for you.
o Peewees may only run in peewee classes and my not carry to any other classes.
o Dogs must be on a leash when inside the arena. Any barking dogs need to exit the arena.
