Late entries are accepted on-site, cash only!
Refunds will be given at 80% no questions asked until May 19th at 11:59 AM. Any entries not paid by this deadline will be deleted.
RVs and stalls go on sale May 5th, 2025 through www.sgpevents.net

Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Stalls and RVs are not refundable. Changes must be made at the office. Text and PMs are not accepted! - NO CHANGE FEES.
Entries will close when the first horse runs in each class. You MUST be paid before you run. CASH ONLY late entries if entering on site.
Super Star Royale 5D - Open to Youth 18 and under as of January 1, 2025.
Official Photographer and Videographer: BGY Photography. Please leave all professional-level cameras (cameras with detachable lenses) at home.
Pre-Draw - 5/21/2025
We are expecting a high volume of onsite entries. Stalls sold are double the pre-entry. If you entered the pre-draw and have multiple horses but do not have a draw number - we will assign one to give you more space as the late entries, come in.
Sunday Open draw will be done Saturday after the Saturday Youth Royale qualifiers have been determined and assigned as rollovers.

Dress Code:
Full Dress required. Hat or helmet, Long sleeve shirt, long pants, boots or western shoes. May wear any ICRP shirt in place of full dress code.

Youth Super Star Royale 5D - Top 10 Rider/horse pairs per day/division will qualify for the $25,000 short go. Each pair may only qualify 1x. Qualifiers will drop down to the next pair if one is already qualified from Friday.

Level Up Entry Instructions
If you do not have an SGP account, go ahead and get one set up! It will help speed along the entry process tremendously!
Entry how to:
(1) If you are a NEW SGP user - go to www.sgpevents.net and create an account
(2) Once you have created an account, log in.
(3) Go to the home page and navigate to the Level Up Race for entries - you may need to click "Access Complete Calendar"
(4) Once you have made it to the race page you will either:
(4a) New users - Add your information into the system, as well as your horse(s) info. Type in your name and a "Name not on the list? Click here!" will pop up. Click on that and add your information. Same applies to your horse. Once you have added both of the rider/horse info, search your name again and you can click on it and it will prefill.
(4b) Enter the riders name and horse(s) name(s)
(5) Below are the entry options for the Youth Super Star Royale & and the Open entries. PLEASE NOTE - available side pots show up AFTER you enter your classes on an orange bar. You will click the blue "opt in" on any side pots you wish to enter. If you are entered the side pot will be highlighted in red.
(6) Sunday Youth Royale Short Go & Youth Non-Qualifier Entries:
(6a) Youth Royale short go entries - you must enter the Sunday open to have your time carry over.
(6b) If you qualify for the short go, we will manually enter you into the class. You still must enter the Sunday open to have your time carry over.
(6c) If you do not qualify for the short go, you must still enter the Sunday open to run. You will run with the Sunday open class.

In the event of a tie that concerns awards - Monies will be added together and split between the two contestants. A coin flip will determine the order in which prizes are received. The coin toss winner will receive the higher prize.
